Product Introduction
A green line laser module converts the laser beam into a visible straight line. When installed above or beside the working area, the line provides a direct reference for material placement, cutting, folding, sewing and equipment alignment.
Our current product range is mainly based on 520nm green laser sources. Available optical angles include narrow-angle, standard-angle and wide-angle configurations. These options are used to match different installation heights and required line lengths.
For example, a narrow fan angle is suitable when the machine needs a shorter and more concentrated line at a longer distance. A wide fan angle can cover a larger working area at a shorter or medium distance. The final line effect also depends on the target surface, ambient light, laser power and focus setting.
Both fixed-focus and adjustable-focus structures are available. Fixed-focus models are prepared for a confirmed installation distance. Adjustable-focus models allow the line to be corrected during machine development or on-site installation.
The housing diameter, working voltage, cable length, connector and wire sequence can be configured according to the customer's equipment. For a new project, we usually check the working distance, required line length and available installation space before recommending a model.

For a new project, please send us the working distance, required line length, target material, installation dimensions, operating voltage and estimated quantity.
A sample test is recommended when the equipment structure or working environment has not been finalized. The angle, focus and output can be reviewed after the first machine test.

Production Process
Incoming Inspection → Laser Diode Assembly → Soldering → Power Adjustment → Optical Assembly → Line Adjustment → Aging Test → Line Inspection → Gluing → Appearance Inspection → Final Inspection → Warehousing
Line Adjustment
The line direction, focus and coverage are adjusted according to the confirmed working distance and fan angle.
Aging Test
The modules are powered for an aging test before final inspection. Output stability and electrical operation are checked during the process.
Final Inspection
Inspection items may include wavelength, output power, operating current, line shape, focus, cable connection, housing dimensions and appearance.

A: Please provide the working distance and required line length. We will use these two values to check the suitable angle.

A: The result is affected by surface color, texture, reflection, ambient light, working distance and line length.
